Start with your favourite cleanser and moisturizer. Apply sunscreen generously on your face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, or as needed, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, towel-drying, perspiring heavily and washing. Finish your morning routine with makeup, if wanted.
