Instructions Spray mist onto the face and body and allow it to dry. Apply every morning for 15 days prior to sun exposure to diminish skin reactions to the sun and increase the skin's tanning capacity. Apply in the evening and 20 minutes before sun exposure to strengthen the skin's ability to adapt to the sun.

Quality product

This prep spray is all about avoiding the burn and getting a nice glow. Used before going into the hot Hawaii sun. Added Esthederm sunscreen later. No irritations skin always has nice golden tan and zero dryness after using these products. LOVE
