The finely tipped eyebrow brush is used to perfectly shape softly drawn browse and use eyebrow color to enhance their definition. The brush is very soft and holds its shape, which makes for a precise application.
Instructions
Use the brush to pick up a small amount of eyebrow powder or eyeshadow in the same color as the brows and symmetrically define the top and bottom lines of the brows. Then fill in the brows, in short, upwards motions.
