Remove makeup and cleanse the skin then pat dry with a clean towel. Unfold mask and apply the top of the mask to forehead, with the blue backing away from the face. Slowly press each part of the mask into the skin. After 20-30 minutes gently remove and massage residue into the skin. Follow with moisturiser.
