To outline your eyes, apply the pencil as an eyeliner: start from the inner corner of your upper eyelid and follow the natural line of the lashes.
To intensify your gaze, apply the pencil inside the eye: this will emphasize the geometry and color of the iris.
For a more dramatic effect, apply it to the inside upper lash line as well: this will enhance the mascara effect.
