Description

Creamy, waterproof eye primer sweeps onto eyelids for a smooth base to increase the staying power of pigments and prevent creasing.

Ingredients

Water/Aqua/EAU, Caprylyl Methicone & PEG - 12 Dimethicone /PPG - 20 Crosspolymer, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclopentasiloxane & Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Phenyl Trimethi- cone, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, DMDM Hydantoin & Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, MAY CONTAIN (+/-): Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Aluminum Hydroxide.

Ingredients may vary slightly due to availability.

Instructions Apply a thin layer to the entire eyelid, from lash line to brow bone, and blend out with a clean fingertip, Foundation Brush, or Perfecting Concealer Brush to create a smooth base for eyeshadow application. Do not apply foundation or concealer over primer. The shadow should be laid directly on top of the primer. If color-correcting eyelids with Perfect + Correct, apply primer then correct powder and top with eyeshadow.
