HL Double Action Hydratant Emulsion

Protective, moisturizing, and softening emulsion. Stearic acid, which is part of the product, moisturizes and softens the skin, leaving its surface velvety. In turn, the mineral oil creates a breathable film that prevents transepidermal water loss and protects the skin from damaging environmental factors. Serves as an excellent makeup base.

Active Ingredients: Mineral oil, Stearic Acid.

After high-quality cleansing and appropriate toning, apply a small amount of emulsion and distribute it evenly with gentle movements. To enhance the protective function of the emulsion, it is recommended to complete the treatment by applying a special fine powder from the same DOUBLE ACTION series.
